Caught on Camera: Turning Worry into Excitement In our latest blog, guest writers @javeria_zahid and Wahida Begum share how @StratfordSch reshaped its teaching culture. What began in secrecy became collaboration. By moving from high stakes lesson observations to supportive, low pressure coaching drop ins, teachers started using IRIS Connect to record and reflect on their practice.
