SSA Results 2021

Stratford School Academy is pleased to report some outstanding achievements by its students in their GCSEs this summer.

Some of the headlines include

  • Overall 80% of students gained a pass (4+) in both English and Maths
  • Over 50% gained strong passes (5+) in both subjects

There were many individual successes, for example Mahi Quissor achieved grade 9s in all of her subjects, Adib Shehab gained seven grade 9s and two grade 8s and Mahima Chowdury made excellent progress in gaining grades 7-9 in eight subjects.

This year, following the cancellation of exams, grades were awarded through a process of teacher assessed grades, against a national standard and approved and awarded by the exam boards.

We are immensely proud of all the work and achievements of our students, especially after they have had such a difficult and disrupted time over the past 18 months. Our teachers have worked tirelessly to ensure students are all able to progress onto further education and study, and we look forward to seeing what they will achieve in the future.

Mr Craig Hewitt, Headteacher
