SSA Exam Results 2026

Students at Stratford School Academy continue to achieve remarkable results year on year. Our amazing students have once again maintained a high level of results compared to students nationally.

Overall:

• 74% of students gained a grade 4+ in both English and Maths and 57% gained strong passes (5+) in both subjects.
• Attainment 8 score of 50.8
• 99% of our 2024 school leavers progressed into full-time education or training.
• 46% entered for the English Baccalaureate (EBacc)
• EBacc average point score (APS) of 4.7 

There were also a number of outstanding individual achievements across the year group, including:

• Ahnaf Khandaker who achieved 9 grade 9s and 1 grade 8
• Afsheen Ali who achieved 8 grade 9s, 1 grade 8 and 1 grade 7
• Mahim Hawlader who gained 7 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s
• Miymuna Syed Sultana who achieved 4 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s and 3 grade 7s
• Hannan Khan gained 7 grade 9s and 3 grade 8s

Headteacher Craig Hewitt said,

“We are once again very pleased with the strong results achieved by our students. They have worked incredibly hard and been brilliantly supported by their teachers and families.  Given the particular challenges this cohort has faced over their school journey, their results are even more impressive.  We are particularly pleased that once again our large cohort of disadvantaged students have achieved results well-above national averages. They will now be able to progress on to their chosen pathways, many of them attending Newham’s outstanding post-16 providers.”
