Exceptional GCSE Achievement

Huge congratulations to Afsheen A, who has secured Grade 9 in all ten of her GCSE subjects — an extraordinary accomplishment.

Across England, 718,000 16-year-olds sat their GCSEs this year. Of these, only 580 students achieved Grade 9 in every single one of their ten subjects. Even when looking at all students of every age sitting exams, fewer than 1,200 across the whole country earned Grade 9 in every subject they took — making Afsheen’s result truly outstanding.
