Dramatherapy

ABOUT

Dramatherapy is a form of psychological therapy which aims to improve a person's mental health.

Even though it has the word DRAMA in it, it does not mean you are expected to be good at drama or have a passion for drama!

Dramatherapists use various ways to help people to access their buried thoughts, feelings and experiences by offering a range of creative activities (and a space to talk) in a safe supportive environment, and a non-judgemental framework.

At both our Grosvenor Road and Upton Lane school sites our registered HCPC (Health and Care Professional Council) Dramatherapist is Ms Egle Dargyte.
